	Terms of service The terms of service according to apply to all the customers using the services of Shell-Expert Communications inc. By choosing Shell-Expert Communications for your requirements in Web or IRC hosting or other services directly or by a third party, you must conform to all the terms of service in this document. The customer commits himself using the services of Shell-Expert Communications at legal purposes and the applicable laws. General - Shell-Expert Communications commits himself giving to all his customers the service to which this one prescribed. - Shell-Expert Communications commits himself never not using this information to promote his own interests without your authorization. Confidentiality - Shell-Expert Communications commits himself keeping confidential all the personal information of his customers. - Shell-Expert Communications must give all this information to the authorities of the application of the law if they make the request of it. - Shell-Expert Communications commits himself to never use this information to promote his own interests without your authorization. Internet connectivity - Shell-Expert Communications commits himself giving a connection to Internet for the plan to which they prescribed. - Shell-Expert Communications commits himself giving the bandwidth and the speed with which it made its promotions of them. - Shell-Expert Communications can't guaranty at 100% this connectivity if one of the suppliers make a maintenance. IP Adress - Any address IP given to customers remains the property of Shell-Expert Communications. - The customer commits himself respecting the standards of use of ARIN in the use of his IPs. - The price of attribution of IP address can vary only during the activation of its IPs. - After the attribution of its IPs, Shell-Expert Communications will not change the monthly fee of its IPs. - Shell-Expert Communications reserves the right to change certains IPs of his customers with a 15 days preliminary confirmation. Customer service - Shell-Expert Communications commits himself giving the adequate support to his customers for the service to which the customer subscribed. - Any support apart from the service to which the customer subscribed remains with the discretion of Shell-Expert Communications. Payment - Shell-Expert Communications must perceive the amount of the service to which the customer subscribed before the activation of this account. - Shell-Expert Communications will suspend your account 5 days after your expiration date if the payment is not made. - Shell-Expert Communications reserves the right to ask for a certain amount for the reactivation of a suspended account. - Shell-Expert Communications will close your account 15 days after your expiration date if the payment is not made. - Shell-Expert Communications will charge a $25.00 fee for a cheque without provisions. Closing your account - You must give at least 7 days notice to cancel your account(s) with Shell-Expert Communications. - All the equipment : Web and IRC servers remain the property of Shell-Expert Communications except for the colocation. - The customer will not be able to exert any right on this equipment after closing his account, except for the colocation. - Shell-Expert Communications reserves the right to cancel or close your account if the conditions of use are not respected. - Shell-Expert Communications reserves the right to cancel or close your account if you don't renew it. - Shell-Expert Communications reserves the right to cancel or close your account if this one is not paid entirely. - Shell-Expert Communications will close your account automatically if this one is paid with a stolen Credit card. - Shell-Expert Communications will close your account automatically if this one is paid with a fraudulent method. Modify your plan or account - The customer can in any time during the month increase his plan to a higher one. - The customer will be able to modify his plan to a lower one only at the end of his terms. - Shell-Expert Communications will not modify your plan or prices without authorization. Security copies - Shell-Expert Communications will do all are possible to keep safety copies of his servers. - The customer must also regulary make security copies of his account. - Shell-Expert Communications will not be responsible for damage resulting from loss data. Copyright - The customer represents and attests to have all the rights of the contents before placing it on our server. Complaints - All complaints or abuse must be sent by email at admin@shell-expert.com. Modifications of terms of service - Shell-Expert Communications reserves the right to modify at any times this terms of service.
